What we collect and why

When you request a demo, we collect your name, business email, company and WhatsApp number to respond to your enquiry and arrange related business discussions. We also store the time of your consent, notice version, record timestamps and follow-up status. Submission does not subscribe you to general marketing.

Your consent

We ask for your agreement before you submit. You may withdraw permission for further enquiry-related contact at any time by emailing us. Withdrawal does not undo processing already carried out.

Security and service providers

The website uses Cloudflare Workers, D1 and Turnstile for hosting, data storage and abuse prevention. Authorized GMOS operators can access enquiry records; there is no public customer directory. Cloudflare may process technical information such as IP address, browser signals and challenge results to operate and protect these services. Our enquiry database does not store your IP address, browser fingerprint or advertising identifiers.

Data may be processed outside your country through Cloudflare infrastructure. Read Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy for its handling of personal information. This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

How long we keep information

We review enquiry records for deletion after 12 months without meaningful interaction. Records may be retained longer where needed for an ongoing customer relationship or applicable obligations. Restricted backup copies may remain until their backup retention cycle ends; they are not used for routine contact.

Access, correction and deletion

Email rex7899@gmail.com to request access, correction, deletion or to withdraw consent. Include the email used for your enquiry. We may request proportionate confirmation to prevent unauthorized disclosure or changes. Please do not send passwords or sensitive identity documents with your initial request.

Updates

We will publish changes on this page with a revised date and version. The consent version recorded with your enquiry identifies the notice shown when you submitted.
